Psalms Are Prayers And Songs
As Prayers
And Songs
Apostle John: Psalms are also songs.
Head: That is true, because the Israelites use musical instruments in reading and singing the psalms.
Apostle John: Son of man, all the psalms are like music, songs and also are prayers. As the prayer are said by the mouth, and with the heart, even so the psalms are music from the hearts and by the lips. Therefore, whatever a person says that is good, speaking to God the Father, He hears it: as prayers, as petitions, as requests. Whether you pray or sing to tell God your needs, He hears it. That is number 1.
Even so it is. That is why myself said these prayers are also psalms. And it shall be best if it is used to compose a song.
Examples of psalms, which are both prayers and songs, are Psalms 64 and 65. King David composed Psalm 64 and also used it to sing song.
Psalm 65 is a prayer. But the person who has the spirit of singing can also use it to compose a song.
Head: Yes, the Psalm 65 is being used as a song, Gỉ Ka Otito Nadere Du Chineke Nime Zion.
Apostle John: Son of man, you people sing this Psalm 65, Gỉ Ka Otito Nadere Du Chineke Nime Zion. That is the most important thing.
Apostle John: It is still the same prayer,
either in words or as songs.
In one method, saying it, is good;
and in the other method, singing it,
is also good and pleasant.
The saying is meaningful;
and the other, which is singing it,
is also meaningful, and enriched with effects.
Apostle John: The wordings of a psalm shall all be in the song. All the prayers as ordered in sequence shall also be ordered in sequence in the song.
Some people do jump some words, leave some words out, but the Holy Spirit that wrote the psalm knows the reason why He put all the words. All the words are useful and have significance. But humanity do remove the words, and organize other words to fit in. That is how humanity do things by their own power. That is not what God wants. It is not by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Head: That is true.
Apostle John: The Holy Spirit that wrote this psalm will also tell humanity how to sing it.
Is it true or false?
Head: It is true.
Apostle
John: That is why Jesus Christ said, “Not by power nor by might, but by my
spirit," says the Lord.
In
Spirit And In Truth
Apostle John: This word is effective. Son of man, all the people, who shall worship God, shall worship him in spirit and in truth, because God is a great spirit. If humanity know how to worship God in spirit and in truth, they should know this fact.
Humanity want to worship God in flesh?
Shall it be fitting?
Head: No.
Apostle John: Do water and kerosene mix?
Head: No.
Apostle John: But you can easily mix kerosene and kerosene.
Head: Yes.
Apostle John: The two kerosene will mix, and you shall no longer know the first or second kerosene.
Head: Yes.
